Does that WUSA9 post mean I can now spend the contribution money previously allocated for the Obama campaign???? Does that mean I can donate it to some of the haters on this blog for condoms or something?

I disagree with Harry Jaffe. Crime overall is down, we don't have the open air drug markets and crack houses that existed 10 to 15 years ago in DC which contibuted to a high ratio of violent crimes including homicides.
The homicide rate is down and no where near what it was 10 to 15 years ago due to gentrification and market rate development in traditional Black neighborhoods which pushed poor people into neighboring Prince Georges County.
It is true that such violent crimes such as robberies and non-violent crimes such as burglaries are up in traditional Black neighborhoods and White neighborhoods such as Georgetown - I believe due to a weak economy that leaves folks unemployed, under employed, homeless and darwinistic.

Wait, I thought Georgetown was a "Traditional™ Black Neighborhood," just like Shaw is a "Traditional™ Jewish Neighborhood" and Chinatown is a "Traditional™ Italian Neighborhood" (aka - Leroy is making stuff up to fit his version of history).
