If so, the guy on the left is doing this better than the guy on the right. I'm pretty sure the west coast sign uses 4 fingers (not thumb), with the middle and ring finger crossed, to make a "W." If those guys aren't signaling Florida, however, their hand gestures might be a scary interpretation of a different hand sign, which I won't mention.
