The stadium deal gets worse and worse for the taxpayers and the mayor has less and less power. This is going to be approved by a council with two candidates running for mayor and a number of others wondering about their survival and/or potential to advance (over the prostrate bodies of the fallen). This is "close to a deal"? Made me laugh.
