    I'm confused about the COTHR article. What exactly are we supposed to glean from it and how are we supposed to form an opinion when you can't access the actual "offensive" article w/o paying for a subscription.

    The white guy is disappointed that an article featuring him highlighting his appreciation for CH and it's real estate opportunities actually talked about race-related gentrification? Hunh?
