    The Congress Heights buildings look decent enough and it is good to see development around this metro station but Congress Heights (along with Van Ness, Friendship Heights, and Georgia Avenue) would be an excellent location for taller buildings than these 8-10 story buildings of the federal Height Act restrictions were relaxed.
