    Has anyone looked into the management fees and corporate structure of the fundrise projects? Are the fees reasonable and customary? Does the project have an additional layer of investors before the online investors?

    Do they have any audited financials?

    Seems like a cool idea, but there are a lot of shady characters in DC. A lot.
