    So yet again DC decides to buck the national trend of requiring TANF recipients to get jobs.

    Five years is about 4.9 years more than you need to find a job in DC.

    We are pretty much at full employment here, and have been for years.

    I can't count the number of Help Wanted ads I see up in restaurants. The construction industry is booming. Maid service and office cleaning companies are literally begging for workers.
