		<description>Tear it down. If the city wanted to keep it, it should have been reconstructed for a local bridge. That would have saved the cost of building a new local bridge. The money saved from not building a new local bridge would have went to completing the entire project.
Also, that eyesore of an abandoned bridge would disturb the view from the new local bridge.</description>
