Take Me To Your Cafeteria

Office workers of Washington! I need your help. I'm researching the changing role of the institutional cafeteria in this white collar city, and I want to know the best, the worst, the weirdest eateries that companies and government agencies maintain for their employees. Intelligence would be hugely appreciated, and access even more—if you can sign me into your building, I'll be forever grateful. You don't even have to eat with me, unless you want to.

Volunteer for the Red Cross; you go to onsite blood banks all over the city, and can use all their cafeterias! I liked the State Dept best.

Both national archives branches have quite the mix of tourists, blue, and white collar workers- plus they're open to the public.

The Library of Congress just reopened its cafeteria after a total renovation so it's brand new. Strange layout though, the entrances are on the C St. side of the Madison building so they're at the far end of the LC complex, a long walk from the other buildings.

You got to get someone at the World Bank to get you into their cafeteria. I think it is one of the best!
