Mint Condominiums Changes Tack

Better than Manhattan, at least.

Checking back at Mintliving.com, it appears that the new condo project on 3rd and Rhode Island Avenue NE has decided to market themselves as being in the District of Columbia after all. (Swear to God, this was the image on their site yesterday).

I'm surprised the folks who own Mint Gym haven't complained about the name...or are they part of the ownership group?
