Has anyone been able to get through to a human at PEPCO? I have 8 photo-voltaic panels languishing on my roof in Tenleytown. I can't get anyone at PEPCO to do anything about connecting them to the grid. In fact, I can't get anyone at PEPCO at all. I leave messages. (872-3226, 872-3419.) Nobody calls back. I send e-mail. Nobody responds. Any suggestions?

This is the thing I always show people every time they ask about our solar energy panels, (providing it's during daylight hours obviously). After they begin to see the meter operating in reverse it really brings it home to all of them what is actually happening .... and it makes me feel great :-)
