Columbia Heights Wins Big International Award for Urban Design!

Winner!

The Urban Land Institute has just released the ten winners of its 2010 Awards for Excellence, and downtown Columbia Heights emerged triumphant. The 14 finalists were announced at the end of March–another D.C. development, the National Association of Realtors Headquarters, did not make the cut.
