		<description>Thank you John!  I live at 17th and P and compeltely agree.  I can&#039;t make it to the meeting, so if you can, go and speak for all of us. 4.5 million is a lot of money.  I&#039;d like to see it better spent.</description>

Why is this project happening?  I live right on 17th and Q and can think of no good reason.  Roads seem fine.  Trees are present.  Sidewalks allow me to walk on them without any problem.  What gives?  Maybe use this money for parts of the city that deserve it?</description>
