By the time the condos are finished, the market will be adjusted accordingly. Anacostia is the best locations for new condo developments and with a company such as Manna leading this, I can only expect good things. I wish them the best.

Is this W St. off Alabama near the SAFEWAY shopping strip? If so, interesting. concept but uncertain of how the homeowners would feel about it since condos aren't exactly on the comeup anymore. Then there is the 'not near Metro' issue though it would be near walkable shopping. Good Luck
