U.S. Home Prices Make Largest One-Month Leap Since 2005
National home prices aren't exactly soaring. But for two months in a row, they've made marginal increases, according to a report by Integrated Asset Services LLC.(via a Business Journal paper.)
In April, there was a "fractional" month-to-month gain. But prices have bumped up 1.6 percent from April to May. Of course, we're not talking about year-to-year prices here, which are down more than 10 percent.
