		<description>There should definitely be a city-wide building code enacted to protect innocent passersby from this kind of blatant self-expression. Art has no place in public, where it can stir up discussion, debate or feelings of any kind. DC residents: if you don&#039;t like Boxer Girl, please flood your council member&#039;s mailbox with letters demanding that a costly extension of the housing code enforcement apparatus be implemented to restrict building exterior pigments to a thought-dampening palette of institutional grays. We have to think about the children, people.</description>
