		<description>If The Beatles had played their second, third, or fourth North American concert there, this building would have been torn down years ago. But since they are considered the most famous and successful musical act in entertainment history and it was their first U.S. concert there, the building deserves renovation and to be put to modern day use to host new events.</description>
