		<description>Much of this money should be used to rehabilitate privately-owned multi-family units that are going to hell in a basket--and the owners should reimburse DC for these costs or lose these properties.

DCHD should be working with the Departments of Health, Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, Public Works, and the Environment--as well as the OAG--to determine which properties pose the greatest ROI for this venture.

Just my thoughts after spending two years watching DC&#039;s progress towards a functioning, lead poisoning prevention and response system...</description>
