I cannot conceive of a better tool in guiding the neighborhood away from an AM-like circus than a quality hotel. Good hotels spawn more restaurants than nightclubs, and more retail stores as opposed to jumbo slice shops. Let's have an increasingly developed and vibrant neighborhood, but with the balance and quality that this hotel project would bring.
