Price Drops at The Lacey
The Lacey is 11th Street’s newest fancy-schmancy condominium building. It’s just north of U Street and next door to one of northwest’s most famous greasy spoons—and no, for once, we’re not talking about Ben’s Chili Bowl!—the Florida Avenue Grill.
Only 11 of 26 units remain. The Lacey’s not selling quite as fast as the boutique building down the street and around the corner. But, hey, at least they’re doing something about it! Price drops below:

Does that say “Uncovered Parking Deeded Separately @ $40K”! They should lower the parking price to “we’ll pay for your zone 1 parking permit”.
