		<description>Is that all it takes?  Can someone invite Fenty to other sites to get this done?  How about 14th &amp; Penn NW...you know that square building where the City Council and the Mayor&#039;s offices are.  The occupants are indeed squatters and have made the building unsafe for District Residents.  LOL!</description>
