How about Rosslyn? Its not technically Dc but there are great views from River Place and those lucky enough to live in the condos at Hotel palomar!

you just can't beat the 360 views from the Market Square East and West Condos (701 and 801 Pennsylvania).

You left out anything East of the River---no other part of the city can beat us on our views---we can see the whole city, parts of Va, etc. Why don't you come over and take a look see?

The views are great from both Kenyon Square condos and Highland Park apartments, above the Columbia Heights Metro...
