Jenkins Row has a beautiful, quiet courtyard. You don't even feel like you're in the city. Harris Teeter is also so convenient!

I live at Jenkins Row and totally agree. We have a rooftop deck with a view of the capitol, a huge private courtyard/park, great fitness center, concierge, awesome pub room and the Harris Teeter right down stairs. What's not to like?
