The problem could be casued by several different things not shifting your weight is probly the biggest, check your ball position have a friend help to make sure the ball is in the middle of your stance. This is probably not the problem. And if you move your ball further back you will create alot of new problems, like hitting the ball low and to the right because you don’t have time to finish your swing and the club face will still be open.[trust me I went throught it] What fixed my problem was 2 things take your stance and place a tee all the way in the ground just forward of where the ball goes. Don’t use a ball just practice breaking off the head off the tee. If that doesn’t help take your stance w/ an iron put a ball way forward in your stance. About 3in. past your front foot and try to hit the ball you don’t need to hit it good just hit it your body will have to shift wieght forward to get to the ball. Good Luck
