One possible annoyance with this place is the smell of Ethiopian food coming in your nice new patio doors non-stop. Doubt it’s a problem, but the place is right next door to several restaurants.

“The Obama Effect” – Obama’s presence in the area from staffers to his first “stop” in DC with Mayor Fenty at “Ben’s Chili Bowl” has, IMO, brought a “rock star” appeal to this increasingly recognized corridor, already steeped in culture and hisotry.
