		<description>I disagree. It beats having a private developer turn it into more condos in Columbia Heights. Newton Street and the surround block in particular have been saturated with private rentals and condo construction. This is a good move on the city&#039;s part to keep one small aspect of that area affordable. And the $3.1 million isn&#039;t that much for that kind of property. It&#039;s a good space. 

Besides that property has been vacant for a while! Nice to see the city step in.</description>
