Obamas Moving Into Hay Adams

If accurate speculation counts as breaking a story, then we’ve already discussed the fact that the Obama family will be moving into the Hay Adams Hotel this weekend.

Official confirmation broke on Dec. 31. Yesterday,  the Washington Post noted published an article about the hotel, noting everything from room service options—”pancakes or hamburgers from the children’s menu,” and “free-range chicken salads” for the adults—to the cost of regular rooms: ”$795 to $995, depending on the view.” The hotel is located on 16th Street, just north of Lafayette Park and the White House.
