Historic Preservation Review Board Approves Howard Theatre Plan
December was a good month for the Howard Theatre Restoration Inc. Earlier, I wrote about how the group received a $350,000 grant. Now, I see the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) has approved plans to restore theatre, located at 620 T Street in Shaw, according to DCmud.
