		<description>I hope the Thaddeus &amp; Grimke locations are properly preserved. Thaddeus is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, so the developer will have to deal with NPS regulations. I&#039;m not sure if Grimke is protected, but I imagine there&#039;s still some kind of oversight for renovating historic school buildings.</description>
