Thaddeus is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, so the developer will have to deal with NPS regulations. I'm not sure if Grimke is protected, but I imagine there's still some kind of oversight for renovating historic school buildings. I hope the Thaddeus & Grimke locations are properly preserved.
