I hope the Thaddeus & Grimke locations are properly preserved. Thaddeus is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, so the developer will have to deal with NPS regulations. I’m not sure if Grimke is protected, but I imagine there’s still some kind of oversight for renovating historic school buildings.
