Blagojevich Has a Condo In D.C.?
According to the Wall Street Journal, he absolutely does:
“Mr. Blagojevich, a Democrat, earns about $177,000 a year as governor. He and his wife own a house in Chicago and a condominium unit in Washington.
They bought the condo in the Waterford complex in 1997, taking out a $155,000 mortgage, according to the District of Columbia Recorder of Deeds. In 2005, the Blagojeviches refinanced, taking out a mortgage for $233,000. Real-estate Web site Zillow.com estimates the home is worth $547,000.”

so, where are the waterford condos in dc? a little reporting on my end finds nothing by that name in the city.
