    Thanks for posting a link to this story on my blog. My clients are thrilled to finally be in the house and to have this entire ordeal finished. In my opinion, the tale is also a cautionary one about why it's so imperative in this market to have a good buyer's agent representing you to purchase a home -- emotions can so easily get in the way if you try to go it alone.
