In two years, Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), Office of Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), and District of Columbia Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH) will move into the newly renovated, 350,000-square-foot LEED Silver certified office building.
For some reason "Navy Yard" sufficiently conjures up and image of water for me, can't imagine why.

I agree with the other resident. Both "Navy Yard" and "Ballpark District" are more site specific and meaningful. There is a rich Naval history in the area that should be celebrated.
