		<description>Remember this area is literally brand new.  I think this level of progress is expected.  They started building the STADIUM less than 3 years ago.  It will probably take another 1.5 years for these 1,000 + units to be fully leased, given the current economic calamity in our nation.  The true tipping point will be when the first phase of the Yards is completed.</description>
