I want to let your readers know that I still have four rooms available for inauguration week at my beautiful B & B in southern York County. Yes, it is a bit of a drive to DC but I am not jacking up the prices; rates are $109-$169 per night, including a full, hot breakfast in the morning! Call (717) 227-2022 or book online at www.jacksonhousebandb.com

If there's nothing on craigslist, have you tried some of the local neighborhood Yahoo! Groups mailing lists? I've seen some room availability posted these lists. A lot of lists are included in the ODP here: http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Washington,_DC/Neighborhoods/
