Progress: The Allegro Apartments
The Allegro Apartments at 14th and Newton Streets in Columbia Heights
According to the building’s website, move-ins begin in January/February 2009. I was told a few months back that there was going to be a Thai restaurant on the ground level, but there’s no mention of it on the website.
