Whew, thank god and good riddance. One of the most dangerous places in the city. The people who live there will be happy to live in a rebuilt and safe new place.

I am looking for your assistance regarding Temple court apartment and their management along with HUD and the DA office , and DCHA , Superior court inDC where a case brought against Temple court was terminated by the Judge even though there was evidence that there where severe violations of Building code and the tenenat had several breakins by management and the teneant was sexually attacked to intimidate and prevent pursing of the charges to a ajury trial

    Can some one contact me

Grumpy…while revitalization is needed in those neighborhoods, do you NOT realize that GENTRIFICATION is at work again. Slowly but surely folks are getting priced out, making room for transient well-to-do folk who have no desire to invest in DC nor its tax base. Get a grip. That’s keeping it real.

One more thing…think about where this neighborhood is located. N. Capitol and K has just as much Capitol Skyline as Maryland Ave, but outside of Galludet students, who would such prime real estate benefit? For you to overlook that is ‘damn dumb’. They won’t come anywhere near NE until that debacle of road construction projects on Benning Road+H Street is completed. You should also add Carver Dwellings to your list.
