SRo, you've lost all credibility. Virginia is prettier than the District? Maybe you live in a bad area or don't appreciate pleasant architecture, because the VA side is so bland, sterile, and mostly ugly. As for Hill East, it's actually moving at a very rapid pace. If you've lived anywhere else, you'll realize that the pace is the same everywhere. Especially during this period of economic collapse- nothing is getting done anywhere much less in the less desirable VA burbs.

DC moves as such a glacial pace that it is hard to get excited about these announcements. I find that shortly after these projects are finished, they fall into disrepair. I don't mean to be a downer, but I am starting to give up on the District. The Virginia side of the river is so much prettier and cleaner....I thought I would never say it, but there it is.

Hill East is the new name for Reservation 13. You gotta admit that it's got a snappier sound, as names go.
