		<description>SRo, you&#039;ve lost all credibility.  Virginia is prettier than the District?  Maybe you live in a bad area or don&#039;t appreciate pleasant architecture, because the VA side is so bland, sterile, and mostly ugly.  

As for Hill East, it&#039;s actually moving at a very rapid pace.  If you&#039;ve lived anywhere else, you&#039;ll realize that the pace is the same everywhere.  Especially during this period of economic collapse- nothing is getting done anywhere much less in the less desirable VA burbs.</description>

I don&#039;t mean to be a downer, but I am starting to give up on the District.
