		<description>Sorry, I don&#039;t buy it, and am an ardent supporter of historic preservation in DC. It is only fair and decent to the memory of the REAL historic buildings on the site that were demolished in the 1960s so this monstrosity could be built to demolish it. We should not reward mediocrity and previous urban planning/historic preservation errors. What next, Madison Square Garden should be preserved as a shining example of our collective stupidity and blundering?</description>
