Wednesday, May 21, marks the opening of The Tree Project:
an art show, installation, and performance piece about memories.
For Wednesday’s opening night, doors open at 7.30pm, the performance starts at 8pm, and a reception will follow.
The art exhibit features works by Sean Hennessey, Erin Antognoli, Kerri Sheehan, Kristina Bilonick, Rania Hassan, Tina Henry-Barrus, Claudia Olivos, Sergio Olivos M., Kirk Waldroff.
The Tree Project runs through June 7 at Washington Shakespeare Company’s Clark Street Playhouse (in the warehouse) at 601 S. Clark St., Crystal City in Arlington, VA.
Performances are at 8 p.m. on Sundays through Wednesdays, and at
11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. There are no performances on Sunday, June 1 and Monday, June 2. Closing performance and event will be Saturday, June 7 at 8pm.
