I love the Value Village in Adelphi, MD on University BLVD (193). It's near College park and every monday everything is 25% off. (4714 Columbia Pike) My bus drops me off right at the store every night, so sometimes I stop in just to shop and unwind. You can take pretty much any of the 16 Metrobuses there: 16Y (from Metro Center into VA), 16G, 16H, etc. from Pentagon City Metro.
