Teabagging! It's all over the news. It's so all over, it's all over!
I first heard this delightful term in an interview with John Waters. I can't remember where—maybe Monk magazine? Jesus I'm getting old. That was before Waters' 1998 film Pecker, which features this phrase (video not quite SFW)
