District drivers unite! You have nothing but your electronic tickets to lose, and a world to win!
D.C. Police announced yesterday the deployment of eleven new "photo enforced mobile radar locations." That means more e-tickets, more bright flashes in your rearview mirror, more grainy photos of your car's ass sent to you in the mail.
Take heart, though: the first thirty days constitute the traffic initiative's "educational phase," during which "warning citations" will serve in the place of "actual tickets."
