No More House Arrest for Kwame Brown

If you've been wanting to stay out late with disgraced former D.C. Council chairman Kwame Brown, now's your chance. Brown's court-imposed house arrest and curfew, which lasted for six months after Brown pleaded guilty to felony bank fraud last November, expired today.
