Against the Wind: Gusts of wind this afternoon reached speeds of about 60 mph. These are strongest winds to hit the District since Superstorm Sandy in October 2012. -3

Minimalist Living: D.C. real estate developers have begun building "microunits," or apartments between 250 square feet and 375 square feet. With demand for housing in parts of the city so high, this could lead to some affordable and interesting uses of space. +3

Falawesome: The opening date for the Amsterdam Falafelshop on 14th Street NW is near. The shop is planning for a soft opening on March 23. Unfortunately, it will open without booze, because their application for a liquor license was protested.  +2

Wanted Defense? Washington super-lawyer Lanny Davis penned his support for Mayor Vince Gray, which is exactly what the mayor needs: support from a man who has represented Dan Snyder and dictators. -4
