Rental Listing for Glorified Frat House Touts Drinking-Game Friendly Yard, Scares Neighbors

If former frat stars aren't moving to Arlington fast enough, this rental listing for a house in Clarendon is hoping to lure them in once and for all.

The listing for the self-dubbed METAL HOUSE, which was first pointed out by ARLNow, has five bedrooms each with a full private bathroom and, more importantly, a "kegger, flip cup, corn hole-friendly yard."

It's unclear what constitutes a drinking-game friendly yard, but it's safe to assume the yard is large enough to fit a table surrounded by at least a dozen inebriated adults.

If the house occupants don't feel like boozing at home (which seems silly since they have a "ROOFTOP party deck")  the listing says the house is located just a "short stumble home from Day's, Spider Kelly's, Clarendon Ballroom, Clarendon Grill, Ri Ra, etc. You get the idea."

The modest 4,529 suare-foot home, pictured with a Porsche in its driveway, also has five washing machines and dryers—or one for each bedroom.

The METAL HOUSE sold for $460,000 in March 2012 , according to Zillow, and the owner is asking $7,500 per month in rent. Neighbors are nervous about the type of tenants the house will attract, ARLNow reports.
