Really know how you feel and I am black but get the same disrespect by Blacks for wanting something good in life and frankly I desire more WHITES coming to DC and SE forthwith or ASAP.

Well, as a BLACK landlord in SE DC, lady I feel your lack of sensitivity that my fellow NEGRO/Coloreds exhibit daily to me and my family. Then, I file suit in court for non-payment of rent and the tentant receives so many 'favors' from the judge.
Then, there is church next door to my apartment building named Faith Tabernacle of Prayer for All Peoples, led by 6 over-weighted Black females who lie on me and demean me BECASUE they will not secure their parking lot where kids and adults roam freely and ahve done damge to my building.
In short, I feel your pain and I am Black but do WELCOME you 'crackers' (meant with affection by me) to da hood ASAP and forthwith.
