A lot of repeated comments on WhoMurderedRobertWone.com. Maybe they just run out of things to comment about and waiting for new people to discard and show how tight bond they are. Don't go there if you dare. You will not be welcomed, I assure you. They are just waiting to dump and despite you. Just so you know.

This case is moving toward a Status Hearing on May 5, 2011, at 1:45 p.m. Judge Michael L. Rankin has already expressed his willing to decide on the case. I can only imagine that he is determined to move "mountains of the Fifth" to get to the bottom of the case before the Jury Trial begins in October 2011.

Earlier on, Bea (a California lawyer) was going after JuChen to get her to "spit it out, girl" on Wmrw.

Funny how you two aren’t interested in providing your opinions or discussing the civil case or what might occur in solving the murder. I guess that’s not the point of coming here, huh?

Bea, darling, guess what other pairs are not interested in getting to the truth? Could it be Vic and Joe, Joe and Dyl, Dyl and Scott, etc.?

Unfortunately, the slow wheels of justice have temporarily emboldened Team Price and their fellow travelers — like the Confederacy’s win at Fredericksburg, that glow won’t last for long! Kisses, Clio.

What a crowd at Wmrw. If you are not "one like them," don't go there. They'll "trash you out" worse than a dog.

What happened in WhoMurderedRobertWone, did not stay in Wmrw. It goes public, and on the record.

Ben Franklin, an unfrequent poster, dropped by to voice his "opinion."

BenFranklin on 04/19/2011 at 7:38 PM
The defendants cannot sit down and talk to the widow and it’s silly to say they should given what they’ve been through. No one is going to talk or “keep talking.”

MPD is clearly trying to cover their record of malicious incompetence with the cloak of privilege. Sadly the widow and the defendants are both victims of the MPD.

I think everyone agrees that homeowners policy should pay the widow for her loss–and to its limit. A great defense combined with the botched police work might make a jury award worth less.

Craig Brownstein, the leading editor, replied - twice! Followed by his "hound dogs" to go after Ben.

Craig on 04/19/2011 at 7:37 PM
The simple answer is that Ben Franklin is making things up. Again.

We’d be wise to heed the real Ben Franklin who said, “Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain and most fools do.”

Ben – You were caught lying here and nothing you say can be trusted. This site operates on the honor system, and you have none. You’re a constant irritant who contributes zero, and an insufferable, whiny brat. Go fuck yourself. Twice.

''''
"What would you do" (pretending this is an ABC series) if you were participating in WhoMurderedRobertWone.com and the editor gives you a finger?

Can someone fill me in on what has been going-on vis-a-vis this site and confidentiality? Not that I ever believed in it, or counted on it. Because after living on Swann Street for 15 years I was treated to seeing someone being carried out in a body-bag one night. So I had a deep sense that surreality would embrace every aspect of this case. Those three creeps can go to hell for all I care, but I was still surprised to find my email spread around the internet in connection with certain postings I made on this site. not that I regret one of them. And some seem misattributed by apparent complex computer snafu, but not all, that is the point. Anyways, as Nietzsche said, “All great spirits need a mask.” I am not sure how “great” my spirit was when posting such commentaries, particularly since they happened in the cocktail (wine) hour, but still it was useful to have the “mask” of a screen name.. In a way it was all a variation on a theme. Namely, there have always been a certain number of creeps in the neighborhood, and the only way to deal with them is directly, to call them out. I hope to never cross paths with the defendants, but if I do, I will calmly tell them what total disasters of humanity they are. And what damage they have done to the local gay community, along with their creepy friends who defended them, who make me sick. I would simply like to know what happened, in the revelation of the emails.. I have not been following the whole matter for some time. Please fill me in.

Wait a minute … what is this? I know nothing of this. That could be worse than when Gawker spewed my email and passwords to Russian spambots (and that was bad). Seriously, wtf? Please elaborate.

\\\\\\\

Of all bloggers of WhoMurderedRobertWone.com, AnnaZed uses f... words more often than the rest. I think we have problems here Brownstein. Do you know that is an abusive language and should not be posted on ANY website? You certainly entertain your loved ones this way and allow them to blog away as they're pleased, aren't you, Brownstein?

Hey Brownstein,

I chose to reply you here because birds told me that you like shooting posters out cold and I personally don't think you're worth for us to reply "you and your loner regular sharks" on your website.

Not that I am afraid that I will get shot, but because I think you are a cult leader.

First of, you technically approves "profanity, vulgar language" of AnnaZed. She said, "...what the fuck are you talking about? Besides, without Clio this would be a dull place."

Really, Brownstein? You "enjoy" these people indulging you to a pleasure of "bad taste" language. What kind of professional are you?

Secondly, "...but I must also defend Clio’s honor!," said Bea. Wow. I want to hire you but would you accept this rose?

Thirdly. Oh, Dear Susan, "...As for me, this blog would be so much less than it is if not for the wonderful and amazing nonpareil Clio, and Clio’s posts. The writing, the wit, the humor, the insight, the history–did I mention wit? History? Charm? Wit? Wit? And beauty too. I’m an unabashed fan."

No joke, Susan! The babbling wit friend of yours makes me wanna "gag my fish."

How many weddings are we talking about here?

Back to the business, Craig:

As I've said earlier, I've seen your stories since day one but have no interest to drop in. Disarray, I mean confusion, disorder, and the lack of "good taste." To be exact, your bloggers "attack everyone" under the sun - not only defendants, the Judge, lawyers, you and your regulars attack other bloggers.

The difference of "reporting" and "blogging" is WhoMurderedRobertWone ATTACKS PEOPLE.

Exactly what I do for a living? I'd tell you next time you come to see me.

As far as Clio, I must point out that she's not "aligned" like normal people. Judging from your comments yesterday after my posting, there is a “Club,” if not a "Cult Club," and you organized it.

Your “Thought Police?” I would call the "F Bomb Club."

Your bloggers are capable of embarrasing you, if not your career, Brownstein.

N.B. Below are some of the highlights of WhoMurderedRobertWone yesterday. There is a "consequence" if one were to post his/her comments on this website. You get a circle of the "regular sharks bite" as if you are an alien or on defendants' team.

What a pleasure of the editors to having the luxurious of recruiting these "loners regular sharks" to bite other blogger's head off days/nights non-stop!

STARTING WITH:

Randy Weiss on 03/07/2011 at 1:09 PM
You know, several of us here have naturally been reading this website for a while. At times, we’re enlightened. Other times, we’re amused. Most times, we’re ticked off! We still don’t seem to understand the disarray on the site. I see some people talk about dozens of items that have no bearing on the case.

I also see some who post away just to hear/see themselves speak – Clio, for example. Most of the postings are interesting. But when certain posters drive us off the road, we all lose focus on the case. Editors, Can you try to keep us ‘Who Do This For A Living’ at least feel “our work has some merit?”

AND five "mission to control the case" replies:

1. Reply Craig on 03/07/2011 at 4:44 PM
"Randy – I’m not sure I understand what you mean by disarray. It looks mostly arrayed to me. You do what exactly for a living? If it’s the law, then where have you been during the last month in which seven key plaintiff and defense filings have been posted and discussed?"

Sounds very "I'm totally innocent."

2. Reply AnnaZed on 03/07/2011 at 4:56 PM
"To put it more succinctly, what the fuck are you talking about? Besides, without Clio this would be a dull place. just sayin’"

Well, you can f...yourself on that!

3. Reply Bea on 03/07/2011 at 5:27 PM
"Not to dogpile, but I am curious about your comment re “who do this for a living.” A number of us are lawyers – and a new one is always welcome especially since our practices are quite varied. And perhaps I’m one of the posters who “drive us off the road” as well but I must also defend Clio’s honor!"

No kidding. Will you do "Pro Bono" for my grandmother. She's in a nursing home and she needs your "lawyering" help?

4. Reply Clio on 03/07/2011 at 6:22 PM
"Thanks, fellow goddesses and members of the Thought Police: we’ve really been at this noble effort for a long time, and it’s seems as if the defense camp’s patience is finally wearing thin. To me, that means that we and our Editors are doing exactly what any stoic hero or heroine of antiquity would be doing if they had only had computer access and literacy back then. We’re seeking the truth, and some people, who may be largely fellow travelers of the cult of Culuket, cannot handle the truth!"

Geeez! You're so "Goddard." I don't even know what that means!

5. Reply susan on 03/07/2011 at 11:25 PM
"Hey Randy, You’ve had a lot of replies to your post, but with anything anyone is dissatisfied with, I suppose you could do what Gandhi said and “Be the change you’d like to see in the world.” Post comments and information you find relevant. If posts don’t interest you, don’t read them. As for me, this blog would be so much less than it is if not for the wonderful and amazing nonpareil Clio, and Clio’s posts. The writing, the wit, the humor, the insight, the history–did I mention wit? History? Charm? Wit? Wit? And beauty too. I’m an unabashed fan."

Really, Susan. Pinch me!!!

All the best to you, Brownstein,
an "unbashed fan" RW

No kidding. Will you do "Pro Bono" for my grandmother. She's in a nursing home and she needs your "lawyering" help?

"Thanks, fellow goddesses and members of the Thought Police: we’ve really been at this noble effort for a long time, and it’s seems as if the defense camp’s patience is finally wearing thin. To me, that means that we and our Editors are doing exactly what any stoic hero or heroine of antiquity would be doing if they had only had computer access and literacy back then. We’re seeking the truth, and some people, who may be largely fellow travelers of the cult of Culuket, cannot handle the truth!"

Geeez! You're so "Goddard." I don't even know what that means!

So WhoMurderedRobertWone.com ends up having about 15 "regulars" all year round. Let me see, SheDidIt, SheKnowsSomething, Clio (the long and winding road), Carolina, Susan, AnnaZed, CDinDC, CatfromCleveland, Bill Orange, Alternateguy, Bill 2, HoyaLoya, Bea, Craig, Michael, Doug, may be a few more.

These bloggers should sign an agreement with "Duracell" batteries commercial because they last this long. The batteries that they use probably are "top of the line" product.

Just sayin...

PeterZ – You agree with SwannToo because you’re one in the same? At least you share the same IP address. What’s up with that? Please explain to us offline.

Craig, if you read this, I want you to know that people share same IP address everywhere.

If you are sitting at the courthouse's cafeteria and email to your boss while your colleague, who is sitting right next to you, emailing your assistant, both you and your colleague are "sharing same IP address."

Also, you and your co-editors can be emailing from the same Starbucks but on different computers, AND, again, "sharing the same Starbucks' IP address." OR, you are emailing us from Edelman's IP address while your boss may be also replying us our messages here.

It does not take a genius or a Houston Commander, to explain this. What else can I tell you?

Hi SwannToo, It was me. Glad you discovered that. It appeared that Craig thought we are "troll" to hack on his site but I chimed in with a big bang on my head. I left. What a coincident! Now it looks as if we all are "troll" if we are not Craig's "favorites" or his "regulars."

Can't help but going public here that WhoMurderedRobertWone shut the rest of people out if you don't contribute something to the editors. I mean if you just read and don't post, you'd be fine. If you want to drop in they will "grill you" thinking you are hackers.

In a modern world, Wmrw.com does not comply with the basic or standard of blog. It has its own agendas. It is prejudial, and it is not for public.

Wait til you see how he knock out Bob Baker below:

Craig on 02/18/2011 at 2:02 PM
Baker’s comment was deleted. He appeared to be a troll, perhaps the same one who’s been plaguing the site for the past 2 days. If you’re the real deal Baker, drop us a line and we’ll correct the record.

I think, kinda know him from somewhere, this guy (Bob Baker) is real and I hope he gets back to Craig to set the record. We, the rest of us, are real too but we just don't need to get back at WhoMurderedRobertWone just to get snapped at by Craig Brownstein, or by "his regulars/favorites," or by "his people."

I don't know if there is a "protocol" in blogging but if we are "on topics" but get kicked out, what do you do?

Bob Baker, if you are out there, let us know how it goes. We would like your comments about the case and your venture with Wmrw.com.

Anyone else, do you have answers to this?

I don't know about you but Craig Brownstein at WhoMurderedRobertWone was "pretty mad" when I posted the other day:

SwannToo on 02/17/2011 at 9:58 AM
Bill O, boof, and Kate – If you go back and read “Ranking Rankin,” Rich and Denton were predicting there may be criminal charges come out from Civil Trial by Judge Rankin. The prediction was still vivid in my mind because I remember the line “fasten your seat belts” and Denton added “it will be a wild ride.”

PeterZ on 02/17/2011 at 10:51 AM
I agree with Swann Too.

Rich even discussed criminal charges coming out of the Civil case on the radio show with “dialing the Chief Lanier” on his very last post but then we don’t see him anymore here.

He addressed it very early on. As early as since THE STAUS HEARING WITH JUDGE HEDGE.

Sorry about the caps.

What does it tell you? Should anyone consider this website "credible," "fair," "justice," for Robert Wone? OR should you consider WhoMurderedRobertWone is (not for Robert, but) for Craig Brownstein AND "his empire?"

We want to hear your comments. BTW we won't "delete" you (hopefully the City Paper won't delete you).

Justice and fairgame for "everyone" including Robert.

New headline 2/18/2011 - U.S. Attorney General Holder Called To Testify In Wone Civil Trial

I see the Civil jury trial is going to be a long, tedious trial and I trust Judge Rankin to preside this case as the Judge has long outstanding track record in the homicide cases. As for WhoMurderedRobertWone, I don't recommend new people to blog because the editors are not accepting new bloggers. Only the "regulars" are allowed to blog, "as I have been told by many people to this day." Anyone is welcome here.
