This is our third season of filming at 2020 Productions, and one of the central plots that we will be following in our web series "Orange Juice in Bishops Garden," will be the lesbian relationship between two high school age girls. What a wonderful way to start off filming with a salute to Pride!

If one didn't know any better, you'd think that the gay community of the District consisted only of effeminate men, butch women and those who like to dress in female clothing.

This is not a true depiction of the majority of the gay community. Particularly the black gay community in the District. In fact, these pictures would suggest that they hardly exist.

To be fair, the gay community in the District is as segregated as the greater community. Two gay pride celebrations in the nation's capital divided solely along the lines of race. Racism among minorities.

White gays in the District, historically, are generally are more prejudiced than their straight counterparts when it comes African Americans.

What's up with the guy walking down the street with an open container that clearly appears to be beer. A black man would have been stopped and searched. Two set of rules for two different communities.
