So, this guy was a drug dealer, and he got less time that the drug user, Barry? Why doesn't LL point out that glaring irregularity? Leave Marion Barry's name out of stories that he has nothing to do with. fenty is the current scumbag, and should be outed!

Smith would have been like 18, 20 years ago. I am older and was in DC then, I followed the Barry trial etc. and I did't remember Mohammadi's name and role. Do we really expect people to run a background check on everyone they take donations from? I don't even like Fenty but this seems pretty low. DeBonis is even younger and I don't think even was in DC in the 80's, so who gave him this tip? Clearly someone with an agenda, or is Debonis running everyone's name through the WaPo database or court records?

What I want to know is whether Mohammadi has stopped doing drugs? Is he supplying Fenty like he did Barry? And why would Jeff Smith be so desperate to take money from someone like Mohammadi who gives practicing Muslims a bad name.
