To snow, we're all bored and resigned

The car that appeared
In the spot that you cleared
No charges, but totally wack
4:40 pm
The cold weather doesn't appear
To stop how well spray-paint adheres.
An uptick in graffiti
All over mid-city
Won't get cleaned up 'til after it clears
